Get Fit With Steph!

Okay so this is always a hard subject to blog about because I tend to give up easily on things like this, and I shouldn't because this is important for my health. I recently got this inspiration from looking at fitness posts on Instagram (while I munched on a bag of crisps...don't judge me). So I was delighted when I looked at my subscriptions on YouTube to find Nathalie Paris had posted a health & fitness video. That girl has a seriously rocking body!

To get a "bikini body" it is 80% diet and 20% fitness. I never stick to a "diet" but I try to watch what I eat but I will be a lot stricter from today. My current food goal to work towards is to give up soda. I'm a sucker for Coca-Cola. If you look up what soda does to your body,it will make you feel sick. 

I found the app "PumpUp" which is basically an Instagram from fitness! Not only are you able to get inspiration from others on it, you can create workouts that you want. If you want to work those abs.. no problem! Abs it is! If you want to track your weight...gotcha covered hunny.

Remember we're in this together, we're here to support each other in this journey that will benefit us.

How To Relieve Yourself From Stress!

                        

The one problem everyone can relate to...stress!! No matter what the case is whether it's work,school, relationship issues, everybody gets stressed at some point of their lives. Too much stress is bad for your health so it is always important to relieve all that negative tension.
How you can relieve stress is different for everyone, some of my tips may not work for others but if you find something that works ... Try it! Maybe even tell me your tips.

Pamper Evening.
A little pampering session never went astray once in a while. Pull out your best pyjamas & slippers,root for your favourite face mask, play that cheesy romance movie you love and have "me" time. 


Listen To Music.
Music tends to create the type of mood we're in, upbeat song leads to a happy mindset where as a slow sad song leads to an unhappy mindset. Listen to your favourite cheerful songs and have a cheeky dance around the house. Trust me it helps.. I've tried it.

Meditate.
Take a few minutes to focus on you, your breathing and your posture. Whether it be ten minutes or or thirty...whichever you decide is right for you. Remember deep breaths.

 Online Shopping.
Now you may think this is a joke but it's not.Girl you gotta treat yourself! Buy a few things that you may like or have been eyeing up for the past while. Make yourself feel worth it because you are.

Makeup Look Of The Week.

Alright so as everyone knows from my instagram( instagram.com/meelsieee ) that I tend to wear too much makeup but I LOVE it.
On Saturday I wore a dark pink lipstick and and a pop of pink on the eyes.
As I was wearing a mint green button up collar blouse, I thought "hey why not add some pink?"
The lipstick was not everyone's cup of tea, as my sister had told me she hated it.
I would like to hear from you guys what's YOUR favourite makeup look!

Little Cake Adventure

Yesterday I went on a little journey to a cake decoration shop just a few towns over and let me tell you it was AMAZING.
My culinary skills have never been great..barely made it pass setting the kitchen on fire during my cookery exam in school so let's just say I won't be looking for an occupation in the cooking area.
Getting back on track, the shop was just indescribable.They had nearly every decoration for cakes known to man.. I even had to ask my mam what half of the stuff was.
I thought I would show you just a teaser of what the shop holds.(Tease you with temptation more like!)
This had to be my favourite of all of them!

Kate Moss for Topshop

Hello Lovies!!
Kate Moss recently,yesterday in fact, just released her new clothing lines for TopShop and I am loving it!!!(no dramatic typing involved there at all).
Just to warn you all if you haven't seen it yet.. It's very flashy flashy y'know what I'm sayin?
But it wouldn't be Kate Moss if it wasn't fabulous like her.
If you love glitz and glam then I REALLY suggest you buy something but be careful because it could burn a whole in your purse,it is very expensive!(need them dolla dollas)
Anywhooooo, as my exams are reeling in closer and closer I can not decide when I'm available to post so just hang on in there for me:)

Healthy Lifestyle..Healthy You.

Hey my beauties!! I'm finally back after a much needed 'me' time, I just didn't have the time for blogging when I had my pre-exams and study to do.
Today's post is about(you probably already guessed it) health and fitness.
Recently I have been driven to obtain a healthy body and with support of my friends ..I am steadily getting to my happy and healthy body dream.
It might sound a little bit strange reading that but I assure you I am doing this to live a healthy lifestyle.
Down below, is all the foods that can help you get to your target or dream.
Green Tea:


Green Tea is known for its antidioxants and nutrients, it's is best to drink this with no milk so you receive the best  of the nutrients and antidioxants.
It is great for de-bloating,this will help with weight loss.

Chia seeds


Chia seeds are seeds that expand in your stomach giving a full feeling.
I usually put a hand full in my porridge in the morning as they will keep me fuller for longer in school and they're also high in omega 3.                                                     
Okay girls that's all in this post but I will have another one up in a day or two.
