To get a "bikini body" it is 80% diet and 20% fitness. I never stick to a "diet" but I try to watch what I eat but I will be a lot stricter from today. My current food goal to work towards is to give up soda. I'm a sucker for Coca-Cola. If you look up what soda does to your body,it will make you feel sick.
I found the app "PumpUp" which is basically an Instagram from fitness! Not only are you able to get inspiration from others on it, you can create workouts that you want. If you want to work those abs.. no problem! Abs it is! If you want to track your weight...gotcha covered hunny.
