MY FAVOURITE QUICK WORKOUTS



I'm that girl in gym class that would never do P.E. I hated it. Simple as. I love to exercise but on my own terms and my own time. I try to keep fit by going for a run every evening and the occasional workout. I do have my few workouts that I do prefer over other which you might like too.



Blogilates 5 Minute Fat Attack!- Whenever I don't have much time in the morning, I like to do this workout by Cassey Ho. Even though it's only 5 minutes it really gets my heart beating which is good. At least I'm getting some exercise in even if it's only 5 minutes worth of exercise.



Tone It Up - I loovvee Karena and Katrina, the Tone It Up Girls, and I love all their workouts. I can do their workouts in the comfort of my own home with just a yoga mat, dumbbells and a kettle-bell. I don't need to go to a gym to workout and plus I just enjoy the workouts. The girls let you see how knackered they are after their workouts which lets you know it's normal to be this sore and exhausted afterwards. There is a little community built of TIU women and men which lend each other support. I love it!!


Yoga with Adriene / Healthy Body Yoga - Yoga was always something I laughed at until I tried it one day at home. I like that Adriene  does yoga that suits everybody and there are endless amounts of videos on her channel so you are bound to find one that suits you. I always finish a session feeling so relaxed and calm afterwards, which is nice after a tough day.
