HOW TO BE A MORNING PERSON

Over the last 2 years (maybe 3) I have really become a morning person. I used to be one of those people who would have to set about 4 alarms to wake me up and on top of that, have my mam call me. I just loved my bed too much. But with these small changes which I have enclosed in this post, I have been a better morning person. Don't get me wrong, I still have mornings where I don't want to get up but just not as often as I used to.

Here are some of my favourite tips;

-Go to bed earlier and get more sleep, so when you wake up you aren't as tired.

- Have a clean and calm bedroom which will help affect your mood to be more positive. A messy room leads to a lazy mood.

-Open your curtains and let in some natural light. It helps your biological clock and you also get your daily dose of vitamin D. How scientific of me.

-Plan your day the night before so you know what you need to get done and if you're like me, then you'd like to complete the tasks as early as possible so you can spend your day on Netflix. Hmmm bliss.

-Get yourself a nice cuppa when you wake up because nothing wakes me up apart from a cup of green tea or coffee.
