Recently I have been driven to obtain a healthy body and with support of my friends ..I am steadily getting to my happy and healthy body dream.
It might sound a little bit strange reading that but I assure you I am doing this to live a healthy lifestyle.

Green Tea:
It is great for de-bloating,this will help with weight loss.
Chia seeds
Chia seeds are seeds that expand in your stomach giving a full feeling.
I usually put a hand full in my porridge in the morning as they will keep me fuller for longer in school and they're also high in omega 3.
